FAQs

How does it work?

Once you have signed up your onboarding process is handled by Healthfinder. Once you are live on our platform, users can submit health requests directly to you and you'll receive an email notification. It's as simple as that.

Are you a healthcare provider?

Healthfinder is not a healthcare provider, we connect patients and their specialists so there is no change to your existing relationships or practice.

What do I need to do to sign up?

Contact us! We can confirm if we have availability in your area, and what you need to do to sign up. We take care of all the set up including infilling information and ensuring your 2FA authentication is in place. We need details from you to register including copies of indemnity and your most recent DBS checks as well as ID certification to ensure patients have peace of mind.

What do different tiers cost?

Our business support staff will be delighted to talk you through the different pricing options, however all healthcare professionals have the option of a free tier, that simply gives the ability to receive patient requests.

Is this an EAP (Employee Assistance Program)?

Healthfinder helps employees of the companies registered with us get access to real medical specialists for advice.

Can I talk to a person?

Always, we use our platform to keep life simple and protect confidentiality, but support is always available over the phone including to update your details or add content.

What areas do you cover?

Currently we cover businesses in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. If you run a business outside of these areas please don't hesitate to contact us to find our when we are going live in your area.
